See you in 2025!

Taking a few weeks off for reflection and to recharge the batteries

A quick note to say that CRE Deal Junkie is taking the holiday season off and will be back in January.

My goal for the past year was just to write every week - which to my surprise I was able hit: 52 articles in a year.

Over the past few weeks I've been reflecting on what has worked and what hasn’t, evaluating what the future holds for this little endeavor. I suspect there will be some changes in 2025, which with any luck will be for the better for both me and the handful of people who actually read this every week.

I write this newsletter mostly for myself, to sort through the world as its coming at me. But it keeps me honest knowing a few of you out there care enough about what I have to say to read it too.

And it means the world to me.
